Meeting Date Change —

Bass Pro Outing

Our regularly scheduled meeting for Tuesday, March 4 has been rescheduled for WEDNESDAY, March 5. We will be going up to the Bass Pro Shop at Forest Fair Mall for a special fishing program/demonstration. Please meet in the St. I parking lot at 6:00PM. We'll be back to St. I by our usual 8:30PM ending time.

Rock-Climbing Overnight Rescheduled

The Climb-Time overnight which was originally planned for February 15 but was canceled due to the weather has been rescheduled for FRIDAY, March 7. If you didn't sign up before, but would like to attend, please see Mr. Hertlein.

 

Merit Badge Challenge

Make-up

The final Merit Badge Challenge which was also originally scheduled for February 15 but was canceled due to the snow and ice has been rescheduled to March 8. We will go directly from Climb Time to Merit Badge Challenge Saturday morning.

Webelos Crossover —

No Committee Meeting

The Pack 850 Webelos Scouts will be crossing over to Troop 850 on March 25. All Scouts should make every effort to attend and to welcome our new members. There will NOT be a Committee Meeting that night.

Spaghetti Dinner

Enclosed is a sign-up sheet for the Spaghetti Dinner. We are still in need for the following chairpeople: Worker Schedule Coordinator, Dessert Coordinators (2), Drink Coordinators (2), Split-the-Pot Coordinator, and Door Prize/Raffle Coordinators (2). Each Scout's parent(s) is required to work at least 2 hours the day of the dinner. Please select where you would like to work: in the kitchen, at the dessert or drink table, at the Split-the-Pot or Raffle tables, or assisting with customer clean-up. Each Scout is also responsible for providing at least two desserts. We also need someone willing to take over the Spaghetti Dinner next year as this spaghetti dinner will be Chas and Kathy Hertlein's final year as overall Chairmen. By volunteering this year to be next year's overall chairman you will at least be able to see firsthand how the dinner is run this year and will know the routine come next year. If you have any questions about the sign-up sheets or the spaghetti dinner in general, please call Kathy Hertlein (661.0752). There will be a Spaghetti Dinner meeting after the Committee Meeting on February 25. Everyone is invited to attend. Otherwise, PLEASE RETURN YOUR COMPLETED VOLUNTEER FORM AT THE MARCH 5tH MEETING.
